Welcome parents, students, staff, and community members to our campus. It is my privilege to be the principal of Memorial Middle School, a Met Standard Campus with 6 Distinctions. We hope that you take a few moments to peruse all the information that our website contains. This will help you see some of the activities and accomplishments that we have made. On behalf of the faculty and staff of Memorial Middle School, we hope to establish partnerships with you in our endeavor to provide educational excellence for all students.

MMS seventh grade student, Evelyn Treviño, made history this past weekend at  the Texas Science and Engineering Fair competition! Her science fair project, “Let it Shake,”  earned her 1st place in the Category of Environmental Engineering .

MMS would like to congratulate her, her family, and all her teachers who may have had a hand in this project.

Katelyn Moreno is an intelligent, determined and very ambitious student.  She has participated in U.I.L, Theatre Arts Solo Competition, is a Top Reader in Reading Renaissance and scored a perfect score on the District 6th grade Calculus Track Benchmark.

College 1st  Parent Session
Hosted on February 8,2018
College 1st works with students in designing their future. The College 1st Team 
develops, and implements a unique college readiness curriculum on fast-growing and 
exciting career possibilities. They engage students during non-school hours in 
academic enrichment activities with mentorship 
​experiences to provide them with the guidance, knowledge and skills to 
become ready for college and career sucess. College 1st also offers a 
bilingual family engagement literacy component with engaging activities to 
prepare parents with the knowledge and skills they need to help their 
children become successful. These sessions guide students and parents to 
work collaboratively with schools in the college readiness process.
