La Joya ISD is incredibly proud to celebrate Nathan Montelongo of LDZMS, who has been named one of only 30 NATIONAL FINALISTS in the 2026 Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge! 🇺🇸✨
Nathan was selected from 1,997 applicants representing 47 states, Washington, D.C. & five U.S. territories - an incredible achievement that places his STEM talent on the national stage! 🧪💡
Next stop: Washington, D.C.! ✈️ Nathan will compete October 23–28, showcasing his STEM knowledge, critical thinking, creativity, communication & collaboration skills.
