Our JCECHS ā€œCyber Techiesā€ were named ā€œState Finalistsā€ in Samsungā€™s Solve for Tomorrow National STEM competition! There were over 1,000 submissions from every state and only 300 finalists were selected in the U.S. They have secured a $2,500 check for classroom technology & supplies, and will be advancing to Phase 2 in the competition, where they can become state winners and earn $12,000. The CTā€™s are developing a hot car ā€œsmart sensor,ā€ which will be sitting just under the fabric of car seats, to detect a childā€™s body heat. #CarterPride #GoRedWolves
