Our PE classes were engaged in a Go Food Fitness activity to celebrate Diabetes Awareness Month. Through the use of their GO, SLOW, WHOA cards and dribbling skills, they made connections on how the choices they make lead them to live a healthy life.

La Joyaās Annual Trunk or Treat was a huge success! šš Families came together for a fun-filled evening of creativity, candy, and community spirit. The Jr. Rubies did an amazing job representing our school, as always, and welcomed all children with their kind Halloween spirit! š š¢A big thank-you and shout-out to Ms. D. Monday night, our 7th grade boys left it all on the field in a hard-fought battle against LBJ. While we came up short on the scoreboard, we couldnāt be prouder of their heart, hustle, and commitment. šŖš
Every player showed grit, teamwork, and determination from start to finish. This game was a true reflection of their growth and dedication all season long. Keep your heads high, boys ā the best is yet to come! šš„
