Palmview High School Celebrates Jorge Garza on Letter of Intent Signing Day
Palmview High School is proud to recognize and celebrate graduating senior Jorge Garza, who officially signed his letter of intent to play baseball at Alvin Community College.
Jorge has been a cornerstone of the Lobos Baseball Program, showing exceptional talent, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. This season, he played a crucial role in helping the Lobos reach the Elite 8 in the Division 1-5A State Playoffs — one of the school’s most historic playoff runs to date.
Whether it was delivering clutch performances on the mound or rallying his teammates in high-pressure moments, Jorge consistently demonstrated what it means to be a student-athlete of integrity, passion, and commitment.
His journey from the halls of Palmview to the collegiate level is a testament to years of hard work, perseverance, and the strong support system around him — including coaches, teammates, and his family.
As Jorge steps into this new chapter at Alvin Community College, we know he’ll continue to represent the Lobo spirit with pride and excellence.
